F-118 Quantico Fire Station

Overview

The project consisted of a single-story 25,000-square-foot Fire Station facility. The facility includes a crew residential area, offices, apparatus bays, and support spaces such as lockers, laundry, a fitness room, dispatch, training room, testing, and conference rooms. The project included the demolition of the existing fire station. For this project we furnished and installed all plumbing and mechanical systems. Mechanical equipment consisted of a rooftop unit, make-up air units, CRAC units, gas IR heaters, a packaged air-cooled chiller, boiler, hydronic pumps, VAVs, exhaust/supply fans, and a vehicle exhaust system. Plumbing scope included a gas water heater, breathable air compressor, and all plumbing fixtures (sinks, lavatories, showers, water closets). This project totaled to be 2.8M.
